A potlevel is made up of two round wedges, a top wedge and a bottom wedge, each with a series of guide numbers (0 through 10) printed along the outer rim (try the demo on left for closeup). The wedges rotate on each other, allowing you to adjust the potlevel to different thicknesses and therefore provide a level surface for your pots and garden ornaments on any sloped area.
To Adjust Your Potlevel
Turn the wedges to fit the slope so that the top surface is level. To make this easy, simply match up identical numbers on both wedges. Match higher numbers for steeper slopes, lower numbers for lesser slopes. Point the matched numbers down the slope.
